The subjects offered include:     * Junior Certificate Business Studies     * Leaving Certificate Accounting     *Leaving Certificate Business     *Leaving Certificate Economics Junior Certificate Business Studies is a broad field of study including a range of areas. Some of these topics focus on a specific sector such as administration, finance or marketing; others provide an all-round understanding of business and of the economic environment in which businesses operate. Students are encouraged to investigate businesses in their local area. The course is divided on a 50:50 basis with Bookkeeping forming Business Studies also develops personal and social skills: qualities necessary for living and working in a contemporary, industrial environment.
